In June of 2005 Northwoods Traditions started selling our own fudge, made right on site in the store kitchen. The best seller is Menominee River Mud (basically a Turtle Fudge). Here is a list of the flavors carried: Chocolate, Chocolate Walnut, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter, Menominee River Mud, Mint Chocolate Swirl, Raspberry Swirl, Vanilla, Maple Nut, Coconut Crème, Snickerdoodle, Chewy Praline, Chocolate Amaretto, Cappuccino, Sugar Free Chocolate, Dark Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Cookie Dough, along with other seasonal varieties.
